Registration At a Glance
What is it: Come join the Upstate Indoor Lacrosse League for their 4th indoor lacrosse season. Players with experience 11 weeks of league play which will include practices guided by local Rochester Knighthawks professional players. League games officiated by 2 certified UIL officials, 30 second shot clocks, and real Boddam goalie equipment. The league will run Saturday's beginning December 7, 2013 through February 15, 2014.
